Capterra is a legitimate site.  I have tested it and I can attest that it truly pay. Capterra pays you $10 to write a review on softwares and services.

It has over 30,000 software and you can pick from any one of them but it's better to choose the one you have used before. I submitted an honest review on Similarweb under 5 minutes and I was paid $10. Normaly, they approve your review under 3 weeks but I was lucky enough to get approval for my review within 3 days.
